Seculzye 2.1.0 introduces Tuning Rule Recommendation multi-selection & Bundles, together with an array of backend stabilizations.

Release Highlights:

  • NEW! πŸ“¦ Tuning Rule multi-selection & Bundles: You can now enable or review multiple Tuning Rule Recommendations at once. Chose them yourself or let our brand new Bundle feature guide you.

  • πŸ–₯️ UI Enhancements: The tuning and incident popups have been redesigned to improve clarity and user interaction.

  • 🩺 Backend Optimizaiton: Improvements have been made to the backend infrastructure and adjustments in Health Checks enhances overall system diagnostics.

πŸ—οΈ Added Functionality:

NEW Added multi-selection functionality to Tuning Rule Recommendations

  • You can now select multiple Tuning Rule. Doing so allows you to either enable them instantly, using the default Tuning Rule options, or you may chose to review them before enabling.

  • NEW Added Bundling of Tuning Recommendations

    • Bundles allows you to select multiple Tuning Rule Recommendations instantly. Essentialty, its a multi-selection filter that selects Tuning Rules related in broad criteria such as ASN, Commandline, and others, allowing users to enable them simultaneously with ease.

Parts of the new features are still being finalized as we release, expect them to be fully fleshed out in the coming mini-release 2.1.1

  • Updated the UI in the Tuning- and Incident popups for better user interaction.

  • Separate timespan values for dashboard and alert tables to refine data relevance.

  • Clarified tuning popup text to enhance user understanding of functionalities.

  • Configuration updates now indicate required manual actions more clearly.

πŸ› οΈ Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed and issue in the Incident onboarding tour.

  • Healthcheck backend optimizations to align Seculyze with new Microsoft updates.

  • Fixed a value error handling that caused inaccurate data processing.

🐞 Known Issues:

As with any first release of new features, we expect optimizaiton and improvements for Tuning Rule Recommendations and Bundles for the next release. In particular, reviewing multiple Tuning Rule Recommendations is a area where we keep an extra eye on user feedback and statistics.
